Q2: Can I choose the materials and finish for my order?

Answer:
Absolutely. Every Print Express product includes multiple options ensuring your receive your perfect print. These include
  • Paper and card types (from 100% Recycled to Brilliant White Conqueror).
  • Finishes and laminations (matt, glossy and even UV coating available).
  • Binding (from Plastic Comb to 4 Ring).
  • Tabbing (Coloured, Recycled or A-Z).

Q3: Do you include a softproof PDF preview of my order?

Answer:

Soft PDF proofs can be emailed on request only. Request can be made when you checkout in the notes section.

Q4: I don't have any ready artwork. Can you create my designs?

Answer:

Q6: How can you guarantee 48 hour turnaround for my order?

Answer:

We guarantee you 48 hour turnaround because we house the best technology in lithographic and digital printing presses. For example, our Heidelberg and Komori lithographic presses feature infra-red drying technology for instant print drying.

Our HP Indigo 7000 meanwhile is among the fastest digital presses available. It can print up to 240 pages per minute in High Definition. In this way, we're more than equipped to provide rapid printing at your convenience.

Q7: What are Print Ready Files?

Answer:

Print Ready Files are artwork files that have been optimised for instant printing. They require no readjustment by our designers. So sending us Print Ready Files is the best possible way to ensure you receive your order quickly.

Please visit our Artwork Specifications page to ensure your files are Print Ready before ordering and uploading them.
Q8: Can I order by phone or email?

Answer:

Q9: How can I pay for my order?

Answer:
You can pay using several methods!
  1. Pay by Credit or Debit card. Accepted types include:
    • American Express
    • MasterCard
    • Visa
    • Switch / Maestro
    • Solo
    • Visa Electron / Delta
  2. Pay using PayPal. Please submit your order first. You will be taken to PayPal Sandbox where you can transfer funds to Print Express.
Q10: What does CMYK stand for?

Answer:
Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. These are the standard colours used in Full Colour Printing and, combined, can create virtually any colour.
Q11: What does FSC stand for?

Answer:

Forest Stewardship Council. This is an independent body advocating the responsible management of the planet's forests. All Print Express products are FSC certified, meaning we meet the council's strict requirements for sustainable printing. You can therefore purchase our products knowing that you're doing right by the environment!
