Our Postcard Printing Process
Here at Print Express, we guarantee a 48 hour turnaround and produce your post cards that are of a premium quality by using our high-tech printing technology.

In order to create your postcards, you have the option of either using one of our templates or uploading your own artwork at the checkout process. If you are sending your own design, we suggest that you provide it in a high quality format so that we can deliver outstanding printing quality. You can also choose to have your postcards printed on either single or double sided.

Depending on the quantity of post card design, we offer two different printing solutions in order to achieve the best results. For smaller quantities, we use digital printing while for large quantities; we use a lithographic printing press. We have two types of lithographic presses: the Heidelberg and the Komori which can print a large number of prints yet giving a high print quality. This is joined with a unique infra-red drying technology which speeds up the drying process from three days to three hours thus offering a quick turnaround time for your prints.

We have various finishing equipment to suit your requirement such as the round cornering technology and state of the art laminators that will give your postcards a long lasting high gloss finish and a professional look to them.

We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible which is why we make every product on Forest Stewardship Council certified material. We use vegetable based inks which means they can be infinitely renewed.  We also aim to recycle all materials used such as waste paper, used rags, liquid waste and lithographic plates.  You can be rest assured in knowing that your postcards are as environmentally green as possible.
