Print Express File Upload

Before uploading your artwork please read the following Important Notes:

PDF

Ensure your artwork is in Adobe PDF format. Though we can accept other file formats, PDF Format is preferred. If you don’t have Adobe Acrobat you can convert your files to PDF at: www.cutepdf.com. This application is simple to use and completely free.

Bleed and Crop marks

Include a 5mm bleed in your design. This is an additional space that borders your artwork. We remove it after printing is completed.

Add crop marks to all 4 corners of your design.

Standard Document Sizes

Ensure your artwork obeys our Standard Document Sizes. These can be downloaded here.

300dpi

Ensure your artwork is 300dpi resolution or above.

Embed Fonts and Images

For Adobe PDF files, ensure all fonts and images are embedded. Save the files as High Quality Print or Press Quality.

Invoice Number

Rename your PDF files as your Invoice Number. For example, if your Invoice Number is 000876, then rename your PDF 000867_Front.PDF.

Upload Artwork

Upload Your Artwork

You can upload your artwork by clicking ‘Select Files’ and submitting.

Alternately, you can email designs (up to 10mb) here by mailing: orders@printexpress.co.uk. Ensure your Invoice Number is the email subject.

Finally you can post artwork to us – via CD, Flash Drive or DvD. Include a priority artwork form and remember and please back up your design on your hard drive. We cannot be held responsible for artwork lost in transit.
